MANUEL ZAMBRANO

Founder and Director

Manuel Zambrano is the founder and director of MGM Corporate Resources. With over 20 years of experience in the IT industry, Manuel has led the creation of innovative technological solutions for companies within Grupo Mexico (Southern Peru Copper Corporation, Asarco Ltd, Minera Mexico, and subsidiaries), Antamina, and managed the SAP consulting service for S&P in LATAM Newmont (Yanacocha, Newmont Peru, Cerro Negro-Argentina, Penasquito-Mexico, Merian-Suriname. He is passionate about technology and is committed to providing our clients with the best possible service.

JUAN LAZO

Partner, AI and Business Analytic International Advisor

Juan Lazo, our partner and AI international project advisor, holds a PhD in Electrical Engineering and a Master's degree in Computer Systems from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro. With over 15 years of experience in managing complex IT projects in LATAM, he has successfully led the delivery of solutions to clients. Juan is a dedicated leader committed to ensuring customer satisfaction and project success, with expertise in research and scientific innovation in the energy sector and projects supporting decision-making using AI models in Brazil. Additionally, he is a member of the Society of Petroleum Engineers and the Brazilian Society of Computational Intelligence, and participates as a reviewer in international scientific forums.

JUAN CABELLO

Partner, Software Agile Development Advisor

Juan Cabello is our Software Development Advisor and is responsible for our product delivery strategy. Juan is the Founding Partner, General Manager, and Chief Technology Officer of iTana. Juan has pursued studies in Electronic Engineering at the National University of Engineering, a Master's in Information Technology Management at ESAN/La Salle-Barcelona, and Information Systems at Texas A&M University USA, the latter focusing on research in artificial intelligence, computer vision, machine learning, and deep learning.

Additionally, Juan has over 20 years of professional experience. At Financiera Edyficar, Juan led the transformation of technological architecture and the implementation of the Financial Core. At Financiera TFC, he led the implementation of passive products, electronic and digital banking channels, and solutions for corporate banking. At Caja Chavin, he led the implementation of solutions for rural banking. Currently, he is leading digital transformation projects in various industries using emerging technologies.

GERMAN SALAZAR

German Salazar is our Lead Specialist – Commercial Operations & Process Optimization with solid experience in the metals industry and three years in grocery retail customer service. Proven track record in optimizing invoicing and logistics processes, achieving an 80% reduction in processing times and a 15% decrease in shipment errors. In the metals sector, recognized for efficient management of B2B transactions, coordination with procurement and logistics teams, and continuous improvement of commercial operations. In retail, skilled at handling high-volume customer service, resolving issues effectively, and enhancing the in-store experience. Eager to leverage dual-sector expertise to deliver strategic value in a customer-focused, growth-oriented organization.

BETTY OSCO

Business Improvement & Corporate Audit Lead

Betty Osco is our leader in Business Improvement & Corporate Audit with over 25 years of experience in systems auditing, information technology, and business management. She currently serves as Business Improvement & Corporate Audit Lead at MGM Corporate Resources, where she drives initiatives focused on process optimization, risk management, and operational excellence.

Betty’s career includes nearly two decades at Southern Peru Copper Corporation, where she served as Senior Systems Auditor. In this role, she specialized in evaluating critical IT controls, information security, business continuity, and regulatory compliance, including Sarbanes-Oxley. Her expertise spans audits across Finance, Procurement, Mining, and Maintenance, leveraging advanced tools such as TeamMate and ACL.

She holds international certifications in COBIT, ITIL, and ISO 27001, complemented by a Master’s degree in Commercial Management and Marketing. This unique combination of technical expertise and strategic insight enables her to deliver robust solutions in areas such as SAP security, change management, segregation of duties, and technology risk governance.
